Ingredients:
Organic Frozen Strawberries – ½ cup
Organic Frozen Blueberries – ¼ cup
Organic Frozen Blackberries – ¼ cup
Organic Frozen Dragon Fruit – ½ cup (about 1 small pack or 100g)
Organic Frozen Banana – ½ large banana
Organic Shredded Coconut – 2 tablespoons
Organic Pomegranate Powder – 1 teaspoon
Organic Cinnamon Powder – 1 teaspoon
Organic Cacao Nibs – 2 tablespoons
Organic Goji Berries (gently dried) – 1 tablespoon
Organic Reishi Mushroom Powder – 1 teaspoon
Organic Dates (pitted) – 2 medium
Organic Raw Manuka Honey – 1 teaspoon (optional or to taste)
Milk of choice – 1 cup (can be homemade almond milk, whole organic A2 cow milk, or any organic plant-based milk)
Creatine – 1 scoop (typically 5g, or as directed)
Organic Whey Protein Vanilla – 1 scoop
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
Taste and adjust as desired—extra honey or cinnamon can be added.
Pour into your favorite glass or smoothie jar and enjoy!
