🥗 Organic Protein Power Bowl with Grass-Fed Beef

Ingredients:
(All organic)
For the bowl:
• 1 lb organic grass-fed ground beef or sliced steak
• 1 cup cooked organic brown rice or quinoa
• 1 cup organic mixed greens or spinach
• 1 organic avocado, sliced
• 1 cup organic cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1/2 cup organic shredded carrots
• 1/4 cup organic red cabbage, thinly sliced
• 1 tbsp organic olive oil (for cooking)
Optional toppings:
• Organic sauerkraut or kimchi
• Fresh herbs (like cilantro or parsley)
• A soft-boiled organic egg

🍋 Simple Dressing
• 2 tbsp organic olive oil
• 1 tbsp organic lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt & pepper to taste
(Mix in a jar and shake well)

Instructions:
Cook the beef:
In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook the ground beef or steak with salt and pepper. Optional: add garlic, cumin, or paprika for extra flavor.
Assemble the bowl:
In a large bowl, layer:
• A base of greens
• A scoop of cooked rice or quinoa
• Cooked beef on top
• Sliced avocado, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage
Add toppings:
Drizzle with the lemon dressing, and add optional toppings like a soft-boiled egg or sesame seeds.
Serve immediately and enjoy warm or chilled!
