Ingredients:
2 cups (16oz) Ballerina Farm organic flour
3 cups (24oz) organic unsweetened almond milk
3/5 cup (6oz) organic raw, unsalted pecans
3/5 cup (6oz) organic raw, unsalted macadamias
3/5 cup (6oz) organic raw, unsalted Brazil nuts
3/5 cup (6oz) organic raw, unsalted walnuts
1 cup (8oz) Belgian chocolate beans (70% dark)
1 tsp organic cinnamon
1 tsp organic vanilla essence
1 tsp 100% dark organic cacao powder
1 tsp ground organic chia seeds
1 tsp ground organic flaxseeds
1/4 cup (2oz) Organic olive oil
Instructions:
In a high-speed blender, blend all nuts until finely ground.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, almond milk, blended nuts, and all remaining ingredients. Mix well until smooth or you can blend them all together.
Preheat your waffle maker and lightly brush with olive oil if needed.
Pour batter into the waffle maker and cook according to machine instructions until golden and crisp.
Serve warm with your favorite organic toppings—like fresh berries, a drizzle of maple syrup, or a sprinkle of extra cinnamon.
